Quick action is needed when machine faults occur. That is why the W&H Information and Diagnostic Center (IDC) is available to our customers around the world and around the clock.
Our service hotline offers you direct access to the expert knowledge of W&H. Our specialists will advise you directly over the phone, answer your questions and offer you fast and competent support if you have any issues – around the clock and free of charge! We support you in the analysis of reported faults and work with you to develop effective troubleshooting solutions. We also assist you in identifying spare parts and ensure the fastest possible delivery in emergency situations.
To ensure the best possible support, all our experts at the IDC have at least five years of practical experience as service technicians or design engineers. Constant availability is ensured by three locations – depending on the local time, you can reach an expert from Germany, the USA or India.
