Blown Film Production

Film extrusion is the first step to the ready-for-use packaging. It is the foundation for efficient printing and converting and therefore top quality products. W&H blown film lines are designed especially for the flexible packaging industry. We are producing blown film lines since 1967 and have consistently set new standards, such as the development of the internal bubble cooling system and the oscillating haul-off.

OPTIMEX II FFS

OPTIMEX II FFS is the optimized extrusion line for heavy duty sack applications. Designed with (inline-) printing and converting know-how and bagging expertise from the product silo to the ready-to-ship pallet.
Water cooling for extra gloss, transparency and puncture resistance

AQUAREX

The AQUAREX with water cooling opens up a range of completely new packaging solutions such as 3-layer PE or PP products for medical applications as well as up to 11-layer barrier films featuring optimum thermoforming and sealing characteristics.
