Windmoeller & Hoelscher Corporation is the North American headquarters of the W&H Group, a 150-year-old, family-owned, German company and world-leading supplier of film extrusion lines, printing presses and converting equipment for the production of flexible packaging.
In 1977, the W&H Corporation was established in Lincoln, Rhode Island and today employees more than 65 people. For over 45 years, our mission has been to provide local partnership that supports reliable, consistent and excellent quality production on your W&H machinery here in North America.
We offer turnkey service, from consulting with you about your company’s production goals to successfully installing your W&H equipment that optimizes your manufacturing. That process is just the start of our commitment to you. We’re your partner for the life of your machine.
Our service team is reachable 24/7. In Lincoln, engineers in our Information & Diagnostics Center (IDC) can analyze machine issues remotely. More than 80% of problems are resolved this way. Our North American Field service engineers are available for on-site visits and our spare parts warehouse in Lincoln contains a multi-million dollar stock of the most commonly needed parts. Roughly 70% of all spare part orders are shipped the same day.
