The Windmöller & Hölscher Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) is the central point of contact for receiving, analyzing, coordinating, and disclosing reported product security vulnerabilities within the Windmöller & Hölscher Group.
The PSIRT coordinates collaboration between internal departments and external stakeholders and ensures a structured, responsible, and coordinated handling of security-related incidents.

To enable efficient analysis and processing, your report should include the following information wherever possible:
- Affected product and/or software version
- Description of the vulnerability
- Assessment of potential impact
- Additional information such as:
- Proof of concept (PoC)
- Exploit details
- Logs, EQ-number, traces or screenshots

All incoming reports are treated confidentially, assessed, and, if necessary, addressed in coordinated communication with the reporting party and relevant partners.
