Al Jawad Flexi Invests in Next-Gen Packaging Solutions by Windmöller & Hölscher
What started in 1992 as Al Jawad Plastic and Flexible Packaging Factory has today evolved into something far bigger – now part of Takamul Industries, a leading packaging supplier in the GCC.
The NOVOFLEX II is already successfully installed and running at Al Jawad Plastic and Flexible Packaging Factory.
With over 1,200 employees, multiple manufacturing units across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and a diversified portfolio spanning flexible packaging, folding cartons, and corrugated solutions, the group has built its reputation on innovation, quality, and customer-centricity.
At its core, however, the DNA of Al Jawad Flexi remains unchanged: a constant drive to grow, modernize, and stay ahead of market demands and customers’ expectations.
That mindset led to a key strategic decision to partner with Windmöller & Hölscher (W&H) and invest in cutting-edge extrusion and printing technology.
As part of their expansion roadmap, aligned with Saudi 2030 Vision, Al Jawad Flexi placed an order for two major W&H machines: the OPTIMEX II blown film line and the NOVOFLEX II flexo press, marking a significant milestone. Notably, the NOVOFLEX installation represents the first of its kind in Saudi Arabia, setting a new benchmark for printing capabilities in the region.
Meanwhile, the OPTIMEX II is gearing up for installation promising enhanced film quality, efficiency, and consistency for Al Jawad’s flexible packaging operations.
