Feedblocks and dies form the heart of your extrusion machine. Their condition has a major influence on the quality and productivity of your film extrusion. Regular maintenance of the feedblock and die is essential to ensure high-quality products. With our service we help you to clean and maintain it professionally.
With the goal of keeping the downtimes of your machine to an absolute minimum, we address your specific needs and develop the optimum solution for you. You have the option of cleaning at your premises or at our headquarters in Germany.
If the feedblock has been disassembled, we recommend our extruder service. Within this service we inspect and clean the plastification units (vacuum conveying systen, gravimetric metering system and extruder). Further components of our extruder service are the measurement of feed screws and extruder cylinders.
