Inspection Plan
To maintain the performance of your machines at a high level in the long term, professional maintenance is required. W&H Lifecycle Services have been developed for this purpose.
With the W&H Inspection Plan, you benefit from regular machine inspections by experienced W&H technicians for a detailed analysis and evaluation of the technical condition of your W&H machine. This not only provides you with transparency about possible weak points and technical deviations from the target state, but also with recommendations for action and improvement measures.
In addition to regular machine inspections, the W&H Inspection Plan also provides comprehensive information about the current spare parts status of your machine.
In order to ensure an optimum spare parts supply and reliable production with a view to the next two years, a machine-specific spare parts proposal list is created for local stocking at the production site.
As part of the W&H Inspection Plan, the machine is also checked for possible modernizations. Our upgrades and retrofits bring your machine up to the latest state of the art and ensure high machine availability and productivity in the long term.

Machine inspection
With annual machine inspections, we ensure a detailed assessment of the technical machine condition. In this way, problems are detected at an early stage before they lead to major damage. All results are documented in a report. In this way, you not only receive transparency about the actual machine condition, but also recommendations for possible improvements.

Spare parts recommendation
The W&H Inspection Plan also provides machine-specific spare parts proposal lists for local stocking on customer site. The lists are designed for a period of two years to ensure optimal spare parts supply and reliable production.
