With our service, we help you to clean and maintain the heart of your extrusion machine. For a quick restart of production with minimal downtime, we offer our on-site die head service at your premises:

Depending on the scope of cleaning and the option selected, one or two W&H experts will visit your production facility and perform the service in collaboration with your staff. We also offer the possibility of express service. In this case we will deliver a rental toolbox to your premises, which has been prepared for the die head service and additional tasks. Thanks to the express option it is possible to reduce the cleaning time by up to 40%. On customer request, we will inspect and clean the air ring and multi-level bubble cooling.

If we are already on site and the die head has been disassembled, we recommend our extruder service in addition.

With the goal of keeping downtime to a minimum, we tailor our service to your needs and work with you to find the optimal solution: from disassembly of machine modules, inspection and cleaning of single components, replacement of spare and wear parts to reassembly, commissioning and controlled start-up, we offer a comprehensive service tailored to the heart of your extrusion line.

Finally, you will receive a comprehensive documentation and recommendations for action.

Depending on the chosen package and service duration, we will need two to six of your employees to assist our experts during the service. The coordination of the assembly activities will be in our hands.
