PARTS AND DOCUMENTATION EXPLORER (PDE)
Comprehensive parts and documentation platform for your W&H equipment
The Parts and Documentation Explorer (PDE) is the digital documentation for your W&H equipment. This is where you will find machine-specific spare parts lists and all the documentation for your machine. In addition to the operating instructions, the PDE also contains the circuit diagrams and mechanical drawings of your machine. You can use the integrated search engine to find all the spare parts you need quickly and easily – including additional information such as pictures, technical data and supplier documentation.
If the W&H Shop is already available in your region, you can also retrieve your identified spare parts directly in the shop. There you will receive further information such as price or availability of the required spare part. You can also initiate an inquiry or order directly via the W&H Shop.
Within the PDE, you can find the following documents:
- Operating manual
- Circuit diagrams
- Mechanical drawings
- Spare parts lists
- Supplier documentation
- ATEX and/or SVHC materials
Your equipment in the PDE
W&H machines built in 2019 or later are documented in the PDE. If needed, you can receive access to the PDE for each user in your company, containing all your PDE-capable equipment. In addition, older W&H equipment can also be transferred to the PDE. The requirement for this is that a documentation already exists for the corresponding equipment in the PDE predecessor, the SIS.
Transferring equipment to the PDE
If you already have access to the PDE and are missing any equipment, please contact licenses@wuh-group.com. We will immediately check whether your equipment can be transferred to the PDE.
