24 / 7 Remote Diagnostics from the Information & Diagnostics Center

The experts from our Information and Diagnostic Center (IDC) offer qualified support 365 days a year and are available worldwide, 24 hours a day. Our Service Hotline gives you direct access to the expert knowledge of Windmöller & Hölscher.

W&H specialists provide direct and professional advice over the telephone, answering your questions and offering fast and competent support when problems occur – around the clock and free of charge!

We support you with analyzing reported faults and work closely with you to develop effective solutions to solve the problems. In addition, we also help you to identify spare parts and arrange quick delivery in emergency situations.

Today, more than 80% of machine problems are diagnosed remotely by our IDC engineers, enabling a machine to return to full production without needing a technician to visit.

The newly-introduced data glasses analyse the non-electrical machine environment and add to the percentage of problems solved remotely.
