Super Plastic Coats Invests in W&H FILMEX 7-Layer CPP Line with Barrier Capabilities
Super Plastic Coats through its wholly owned subsidiary Speciality Techfab Pvt Ltd has commissioned a state-of-the-art FILMEX 7-layer CPP line from Windmöller & Hölscher. Along with the CPP line, the company has invested in a state-of-the-art high bond metallizer from the UK along with next-generation slitter from Germany.

This move reflects the company’s commitment to high-performance barrier films and advanced flexible packaging solutions. W&H’s unique screw design provides excellent melt quality for all types of resins, integrated continuous dosing system and most-efficient chill roll technology[FB1] , the line is equipped with Die Control Wizard (DCW) system, the main highlight of the setup. The market ‘s fastest and most reproducible profile control saves up to 70% of waste and time compared to conventional solutions. It enables fully automatic die control without any manual adjustment.
