For applications that require perfect thickness profiles across the entire film width, cast film technology provides unmatched accuracy and consistency. The system’s advanced MDO unit allows the company to specifically tailor film properties. As a result, Lenzing Plastics offers cast MDO-PP films with exceptionally high tensile strength, low elongation, and outstanding tear behavior—without any additional tear aids such as laser perforation. Equipped with the proven DCW die automation, the FILMEX line allows quick adjustments with minimal downtime, boosting flexibility and productivity.
