With this recyclable PE pouch, we prove that sustainability and high performance can go hand in hand. Using our VAREX II blown film line with inline MDO technology, we produce a high-stiffness MDO-PE substrate that delivers excellent optics and mechanical properties - comparable to traditional BOPP films.
This enhanced stiffness allowed us to develop a downgauged 5-layer PE sealant film, reducing material usage without compromising on strength or functionality. The pouch is reverse printed on our ALPHAFLEX press,where even the most demanding designs are printed with outstanding precision and reliability.
