Plastics News Recognizes Three W&H Employees as Rising Stars
W&H is very proud to share that Todd Krupa, Corvin Hurtienne, and Leon Rupe have been chosen by U.S. magazine, Plastics News, as three of the industry’s Rising Stars in the class of 2022.

This year's group of Rising Stars were chosen based on answers to questions such as to how they got into the industry, challenges they have encountered, how to increase diversity within the work force and thoughts on addressing sustainability and other industry topics.
Hurtienne, a technical sales manager in extrusion at W&H headquarters in Lengerich has been with W&H since 2017 and previously worked at RKW SE as a trainee in R&D as well as a student materials engineer at the BMW Group.
Krupa joined W&H in 2021 and is the Midwest U.S. regional sales manager for extrusion and printing. A Canada/U.S. dual citizen, Krupa grew up in Canada and moved to the U.S. to play hockey at college and to start his career. Before W&H, we worked at Colordyne Technologies and Enercon Industries.
Rupe, currently based at W&H in Lengerich, works as a manager of technical sales for North America and will be relocating to the Rhode Island, U.S. office this summer after completing his MBA. This is his first job in the plastics industry, which he finds to be fast paced and interesting.
