PERFORMANCE IBC is a next-generation internal bubble cooling system that improves output and process stability. By cooling the bubble earlier and more uniformly, it enables higher throughput without compromising film quality and directly addresses condensation inside the bubble.

More output and longer production runs
Improved cooling efficiency allows extrusion lines to operate more consistently at higher throughput. In many applications, output increases of around 5% can be achieved, often immediately after installation.
At the same time, the optimized design reduces condensation, leading to longer cleaning intervals, fewer interruptions and less frequent restarts. This directly increases the available production time.
“Extending the runtime between cleaning cycles has a direct impact on productivity,” says Hendrik Steen. “It allows customers to utilize their production capacity more effectively.”
PERFORMANCE IBC is designed for seamless integration into existing lines. Installation can be completed in less than one hour without further modifications, and the performance improvement is visible immediately.
Improving overall efficiency
Higher output combined with fewer interruptions contributes directly to improved overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). By reducing non-productive time and stabilizing the process, PERFORMANCE IBC enables better utilization of existing production assets.
