At W&H, experienced engineers help customers around the clock to troubleshoot and solve machine problems. As a result, more than 85 percent of all problems are solved remotely. Our Information & Diagnostic Center (IDC) has been supporting customers for over 25 years and operates from three different locations today: Germany, India and the USA.
