Service Plan

The Service Plan includes regular visits regular visits, which are defined and agreed upon during the joint discussions. Depending on our customer´s individual needs and requirements the number of visits per year and the number of days per visit can be individually agreed upon. In this time frame our service technician visits the customers site to support in a continuous improvement process with regular checks of the machine status, whereas all findings and individual customer requests are to be transferred to a mutual action list which will be continuously updated and as far as possible processed by the service technician immediately.

For open points, necessary measures are jointly developed, including prioritization and responsibility for the required actions.

Possible tasks covered by Service Plan

Regular Machine Check

  • Regular checkups of the machine(s) based on a holistic W&H machine checklist
  • Consideration of the general machine condition and assessment of the environment
  • Review of improvements at the end of the contract period

Repair

  • Qualified analysis of the problem or part to be fixed
  • Joint definition of repair measures

Maintenance Support

  • Assessment of necessary maintenance tasks and prioritization for regular visits (based onthe W&H maintenance instructions for the machine)
  • Execution of defined tasks during visits (e.g. cleaning and lubrication)
  • Support/ assistance with maintenance tasks by providing instructions/ information tocustomers’ maintenance personnel
  • Recommendation for future maintenance measures and the required wear or spare parts

Coaching on the job

  • Assessment of the machine performance and handling by operating personnel
  • Training on machine handling, assistance systems, machine drawings, spare parts identification(SIS/PDE)
  • Support to improve machine settings for better output
